API-first // primary consumption surface
World Compute Atlas is primarily a service: v10 and other apps call it over HTTP.
The frontend is a thin read-only window onto the same endpoints. The JSON files under
/data are live responses built by the on-server pipeline — real aggregates over
the sovereign Postgres price history, rebuilt weekly.
